Each search mandate starts with a well-founded job briefing, which can be conducted by phone, via a video call or face-to-face. In addition to the position and the required skills, we gain a deep understanding of your USPs as an employer as well as the benefits and perspectives of the role.
As important as it is to find candidates, it is equally as important to get them excited about your role.

Based on our briefing, we conduct an active search and professional approach within our network along with other relevant avenues of outreach. Each candidate we provide to you has been carefully checked regarding their professional skills as well as their cultural fit. In addition, we also communicate to you the candidate’s motivation to change positions and what in particular interests them about your company.

You decide which candidate you want to get to know and we support you in coordinating your interviews. After each interview stage, you receive feedback from us, meaning that you are always aware of where the candidate stands in the process.

Found the perfect candidate and want to hire them? Great – we support you during the offer phase and ensure you have all the information needed to create the right offer. After a successful hire, we check in with both sides to ensure the onboarding has been successful.
