Our Process

Your career move with us

We discuss your current situation, your professional/technological areas and your career goals. In case we already have a suitable position, we will introduce this to you during this call. Furthermore, you can join our candidate pool/network so we can inform you about any suitable openings. In addition, we offer a proactive approach to hiring managers in our network/client base if you wish.

According to your criteria, we inform you of suitable vacancies and will always give you a transparent insight into each role. Therefore, you can decide if you want to be introduced. If you are interested, we require your CV and sometimes your certificates in order to present you professionally to the hiring manager. Regarding feedback, we will update you as soon as possible.

We coordinate your interviews and prepare you beforehand. You will get to know your potential new employer and make the best impression and then decide if you want to move forward. Afterwards, we will give you transparent feedback from the company.

Job offer? Great – during the offer phase we are there for consultation and support in negotiation.
Therefore, you will have all the information to make a well-informed decision. Beyond the hiring, we will keep in touch to ensure a successful onboarding.
